On Oct. 1 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m a senior Broadcast Journalism class in partnership with Sheridan Production House, and other journalism and media students hosted a candidates debate in Macdonald-Heaslip Hall.

Students had the chance to grill federal election candidates from Mississauga Centre, Oakville and Brampton on youth related issues. Open to the public, the event was live streamed via YouTube and Sheridan TV.
