Toronto polar bear dip helps fight kids cancer

A loud shriek arose from the crowd at the centre of Yonge Dundas Square as they were soaked by waves of cold water when participants plunged into a pool at the sixth annual Toronto Sears Great Canadian Chill on Feb. 15.

The brave chillers who participated in the polar bear dip to raise awareness, support SickKids Hospital and #StopKidsCancerCold raised just over $170,000 for childhood cancer research.
