Hold the gluten

It’s become so common to see the words “gluten-free” while grocery shopping or looking for recipes, but what’s less common is to know what  its like to have to rely on those words.

Is it as easy as just choosing gluten-free bread and being on your way? Or ordering gluten-free pasta at a restaurant?
